Welcome to EL Marsh Care where we specialise in delivering quality care to the people living in their own home and those living in our comfortable, secure and joyful homes.
At EL Marsh we have well experienced, motivated and passionate staff that provide up to 24-hour care and support to our residents to ensure their care and social needs are met to top-quality standard. We support, train and invest in our staff so they not only do a fantastic job but they enjoy what they do; making our homes happy places to live in.
We believe each individual we support has a right to dignity, choice and independence; we promote this using a person-centred approach. We celebrate individuality, for us, this means listening to people, using person-centred communication tools and ensuring each day is enjoyable and gratifying. Our person-centred approach includes a key and co-worker, this joint approach is used to write up individual care plans which are tailored to help us understand and learn about each residents’ likes and dislikes and plan goals that encourage positive outcomes and independence. Our activities are meaningful and help support our residents’ develop and maintain links in the community. We understand the importance family and friends and the value and positive impact they have on our residents; visits from family and friends are always welcome at EL Marsh!
We pride ourselves on the choices, respect, dignity and independence we give to all of our residents. We aim to help residents progress in any way we can.
EL Marsh Care offers a variety of care options from short- and long-term residential care to supported living for adults with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health and other complex needs.
